GED Boot Camp

Terms and conditions
By submitting this form, I agree to the terms and conditions of the boot camp.
I understand that the registration fee of $250 includes the cost of the boot camp as well as one GED exam voucher ($39.95 value).
I acknowledge that spaces are limited, and my registration will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Registration and Payment

Registration: Participants must complete the registration
form and submit it along with the required documentation. Payment: Full payment of the program fee is required upon
registration. Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or other
approved payment methods.
Early Bird Discount: A discounted fee of $250 is available
for the 3-Day Boot Camp if registration is completed before January 8th. After
this date, the standard fee of $399 applies.

2. Program Schedule and Attendance

Schedule: The program schedule will be provided upon
registration. Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions.

Attendance: Regular attendance is crucial for success.
Participants must notify the program coordinator in advance if they are unable
to attend a session.

Lateness: Participants who arrive late may not be allowed to
join the session and will be marked as absent.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation by Participant: Participants may cancel their
registration up to 7 days before the program start date to receive a full
refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date will not be eligible
for a refund.

Cancellation by Organization: Joyce's House Education Center
reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the program. In the event of
cancellation, participants will receive a full refund.

4. Code of Conduct

Respectful Behavior: Participants are expected to conduct
themselves respectfully towards instructors, staff, and fellow participants.

Prohibited Conduct: Any form of harassment, discrimination,
or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from
the program without a refund.

Academic Integrity: Participants are expected to complete
their own work and uphold academic integrity.

5. Use of Materials

Study Materials: All study materials provided during the
program are for personal use only. Participants may not reproduce, distribute,
or share these materials without permission.

Property: Participants are responsible for any damage to
property or materials provided by Joyce's House Education Center.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal Information: Joyce's House Education Center
collects personal information during registration for the purpose of
administering the program. This information will be kept confidential and used
in accordance with our privacy policy.

Consent to Contact: By registering, participants consent to
being contacted by Joyce's House Education Center regarding program updates and
related information.

7. Limitation of Liability

No Guarantee: While Joyce's House Education Center strives
to provide high-quality instruction and support, we do not guarantee that
participants will pass the GED test.

Liability: Joyce's House Education Center is not liable for
any loss, damage, or injury incurred during participation in the program.

8. Amendments

Changes to Terms: Joyce's House Education Center reserves
the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be
notified of any changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of Wisconsin.

By registering for the GED Boot Camp Program, you
acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms
and Conditions.
